Baked Brie In A French Bread Bowl 
Brie cheese baked in a french bread pastry and toasted with olive oil and garlic. Served with toasted baguette croutons and apple slices. 

Crispy Baked Ravioli
Baked, breaded and seasoned ravioli. Served with warm marina for dipping.

Meatballs
Your choice of teriyaki, buffalo, barbeque or sweet asian chili sauce. Approx 32 per pound.

Chicken Wings
Your choice of teriyaki, buffalo, barbeque, or sweet asian chili sauce.

Petite Chicken Skewers
Your choice of teriyaki, buffalo, barbeque, or sweet asian chili sauce. 

Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip
Artichoke hearts blended with two cheeses and garlic. Served with baguette croutons or tortilla chips. Serves approximately 15 people. 

Hot Spinach Artichode Dip
Served with tortilla chips. Serves approximately 15 people.

Gingered Chicken Cakes
Served with cilantro lime mayonnaise.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Your choice of crab and cheese, sausage and cheese, or garlic and cheese fillings. Minimum order of three dozen.

Swiss and Ham Puff Pastry Squares
Delicately layered puff pastry filled with swiss cheese, diced ham, mayonnaise, and dijon mustard. Minimum order of 2 dozen. 

Smoked Salmon Mousse

Mini Sandwiches
Served on assorted mini rolls. Turkey with cream cheese and cranberry sauce, ham with honey mustard, and roast beef with horseradish sauce. Mini croissants by request. 

Bay Shrimp Dip
Cream cheese with bay shrimp in cocktail sauce. Garnished with lemon and served with crackers.
